Hi. I’m Heather Heick.
Denver based, senior creative designer.
I currently work for Berkadia Commercial Real Estate Services and Mortgage Solutions, and I am on an institutional solutions team based out of Washington, D.C.. For the past 3 years, I have been helping my brokers sell some of the most high-end multifamily properties across the DMV market. Prior to my current position, I worked for Colliers International, another commercial real estate giant, for over 13 years. Through these amazing jobs, I have grown a lot both personally & professionally. I have a deep appreciation for the real estate industry, it’s professionals, and what really well thought out design can do for a client; this is the main motivating factor for getting myself up in the morning. I also design à la carte, aka, freelance.
Between the two, I love to design a wide variety of things. My main love is branding & print design with a focus on logos, brochures, multi-page books, postcards and invitations. I really love to couple that with my own photography and photo retouching as well. When it comes to digital work, I love to design for social media, wordpress websites, emails and anything that is illustrated.
Outside of the Wacom tablet life, I love being creative and painting mixed media art for 1st Fridays on Santa Fe. I volunteer with Schomp MINI as an ambassador helping them out at the Denver Auto Show every year and love driving my MINI Cooper Penny around with the local MINI5280 crew. Drinking local beer, coffee, and exploring the great Rocky Mountains is also a given in this beautiful state of Colorado.
I currently reside and work from home in the Centennial area.
